Several years ago some of my family joined me in Florida for Thanksgiving, rather than me traveling elsewhere for the holiday. This prompted a day trip to the beach at Ponce Inlet, to enjoy the novelty of being able to go to the beach even in November. There’s a little jetty there, and the surf was enthusiastically crashing into it.
