Drainage tunnels run through the dividers, and they are large enough for small people (like Kate, here) to crawl through. Josh and ’Chelle are waiting for her at the other end. The flash reflected brightly off Kate’s shoes; nice to know they’ll keep her safe if she’s ever out walking at night.
