The flight home was the close of this trip to New York. Luke promised that the trip would change me; he was right, although I don’t think any of us could have predicted exactly how. Tim Keller’s sermon Sunday morning was about how God loves cities… that Christians shouldn’t be afraid of cities, we should be in the middle of them, redeeming the culture. His message is utterly relevant; there’s as much need to reach people living in our own cities as there is to reach people in far-off countries.
