In order to begin a new game of chess, you will need to provide an email address for both you and your opponent. This is so that messages can be sent notifying each player when it’s their turn to move. These addresses won’t be given to anyone else.

You must choose who plays white. If you like, the chess program can choose randomly who plays white. I will play white. My opponent will play white. Choose a player randomly to play white.

You may include a brief message; this will be sent to your opponent along with your invitation to play chess. This is optional.
